I will never step foot inside a sports clips again! They value their "On-Line check-in" customers more than the do their "Sit in the store for 40 minutes" customers. I did not have a issue waiting 40 minutes when that was projected to be the wait but when the E-Check-in customer, who I believe was on the board as a no-show when I walked in, comes in just as I'm about to be taken to the chair and gets preferred treatment, it's' clear that neither this customer nor sports clips value anyone's time but their own. I don't understand this business model and refuse to support it. This is a zero start rating! Not a 1 star.

Great place . My first time there . The assistant Manager ( Janet ) did my hair . Great job . great experience .
